A Little Bit About Our History...A lifetime of experience has made us New Mexico's largest in-stock
tile distributor. In the late 1970's, Isidro Peña left
Stahmann Farms to begin hisbusiness. He began manufacturing
floor tile as he started "one by one", using an old
press. During those days, they would produce up to 150 tiles
a day. Several years later, Mr. Peña met a Spaniard who,
at the time, was looking for a tile distributor in the southwest
region. Peña soon went from manufacturing tiles to importing
and distributing tiles from Spain. Today, we import tiles from
around the world. Our strong work ethic, determination and resilience
have led Casa Mexicana from manufacturing 150 tiles a day to
maintaining an inventory of over 1 million tiles. That's why
Las Cruces turns to us for tradition, culture and the latest
trends.
